  • Criteria:

  • The winner of this award will be a well respected individual who is currently employed in an educational or training establishment in Scotland and specialises in the catering, hospitality or tourism disciplines.

  • Please note:

    Nominations MUST include the following supporting information:

  • A description of the individual’s personality and their unique training techniques in the catering, hospitality or tourism disciplines. (Maximum 150 words).
  • Describe how the individual inspires students to develop their academic and practical skills and how they stand out from their peers. (Maximum 150 words).
  • Provide evidence of the respect and high regard in which the individual is held by peers, colleagues and other relevant individuals. (Maximum 150 words or a one-page attachment such as a peer testimonial).
  • Provide evidence of external recognition, including previous award nominations and wins. (Maximum 150 words or one-page award certificate copy).
