An individual, organisation or company of any size who is involved in the catering, hospitality and tourism industries in Scotland may enter themselves or nominate another party. Any specific eligibility criteria will be identified in the individual award descriptions by clicking on the Awards & Criteria icon.

Once you have decided on the award categories that are relevant to you, please complete and return the Entry/Nomination form and email it back to us or post it to the address below, taking care to carefully consider all the requirements and to include all the necessary substantiating evidence as detailed in the individual award criteria.

Please note: Each and every entry/nomination MUST include a 150-250-word statement and be supported by the appropriate supporting evidence. You are also advised to mark the check boxes on the Entry/Nomination form to ensure you have included all necessary information before submitting your entry.
