CIS Excellence Awards 2017
Thursday 25th May, Hilton Glasgow
Welcome to the CIS Excellence Awards 2017. In order to recognise and reward the exceptionally high degrees of creativity, innovation and excellence in Scottish catering, hospitality and tourism, nominations will be open from Monday 9th January 2017 and will close on Friday 10th March.
Aimed at all types of established and emerging businesses and individuals involved in these sectors, the CIS Excellence Awards are positioned as the industry’s ultimate accolade.
From chefs, foodie pubs, colleges and contract caterers, to hotels, food manufacturers, restaurants, software developers, local authorities, guest houses and tourism enterprises, there is a category to suit you or your business. You may enter or nominate as many organisations or individuals as you wish, and nominations are open until Friday 10th March 2017.
And this year we are pleased to announce the return of the Young Chef of the Year Award, sponsored by Callebaut. Won in its inaugural year by Tayberry chef-proprietor Adam Newth, the award is open to candidates 25 years of age and under who live and work in Scotland.
All award categories and criteria are available here.
