• Award 18: The Innovation Award

  • Criteria:

  • Open to companies and individuals in Scottish catering, hospitality and tourism, this award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate an innovative service, offering, initiative or product that has been created as a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis and which has had a positive effect on staff, customers, clients and/or the local population or general public.

  • Please note:

    - ALL boxes must be completed in order for the entry to be submitted. If a certain requirement is not applicable, please indicate "N/A" in the respective box.
    - Only links to entrant's own website will be counted. No third party web links are permitted.

    - Maximum combined size of all attached files: 8mb per nomination.

    Nominations MUST include the following supporting information:

  • A brief description of the innovative product, service or initiative in question. (Maximum 150 words).
  • An outline of the reasons surrounding its introduction (Maximum 150 words).
  • Evidence of how the innovation has had a measurable positive impact on staff, customers, clients and/or the public in general during this time.
  • An explanation of how the innovation has helped shape or change your organisation's mission, aims and/or strategy as the sector emerges from lockdown.
